After a Contract has been made, an Order can be fulfilled by creating a Delivery.
In order to do this, the following steps need to be undertaken:
In the Storage module, click on the Deliveries feature tab on the navigation panel.
Once you've opened the deliveries page, click on the green 'New Delivery' button at the top of screen.
Simply fill in the mandatory fields and then click the green 'save and close' button at the bottom of the page. If you are uncertain what these fields mean, then please refer to the Definitions of Common Terms article.
If you measure and record any additional quality fields that are not already on the storage delivery form, please get in touch with the Support Team to get custom quality fields added on a per-commodity basis.
💡Note: that you are able to add customers, unload points and bin segregations to the database by adjusting your delivery and customer settings.
