The AgriDigital platform now leverages the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator register to provide enhanced and up to date vehicle information.

When you enter the Vehicle ID (truck rego), the system will search the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator register for the vehicle registration number and return up to date vehicle information. The vehicle information includes the Vehicle Registration ID, Registration state and Registration status as well as the PBS approval, PBS number and Mass accreditation if relevant. These details will be displayed for you to select. When a vehicle is selected the details will auto-populate relevant fields on the storage delivery form.

A Vehicle ID may not exists in the NHVR register but the system will let you know and still allow the Vehicle to be created by selecting to add a new vehicle and entering the details manually.

Pro Tip: the platform will remember this Vehicle Registration Id and State should you want to use it again.
